What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 12 years as a store manager

Since my layoff as a store manager I have no real structure. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
