What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 12 years as a machine operator

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
