What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 12 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and my days blur together. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
