What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as an event coordinator

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
