What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as a delivery driver

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
