What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as an operations analyst

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
