What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as a bank teller

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
