What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as a janitorial supervisor

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
