What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 11 years as an insurance claims processor

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
