What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 10 years as a procurement assistant

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
