What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, administrative assistant here

Since my layoff as an administrative assistant I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
