What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, administrative assistant here

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
