What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, administrative assistant here

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
