What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a quality inspector before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
