What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
