What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
