What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 9 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
