What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 9 months and counting

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
