What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a retail manager I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
