What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
