What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 8 months and counting

Since my layoff as a marketing coordinator I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
