What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 8 months and counting

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
