What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
