What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 7 weeks in

Since my layoff as a quality inspector I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
