What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 6 weeks in

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
