What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 6 months and counting

Since my layoff as a production planner I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
