What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 5 months and counting

Since my layoff as a recruiter I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
