What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 4 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
