What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 4 months and counting

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and my days blur together. It has been a long 23 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
