What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 3 months and counting

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
