What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 24 weeks in

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
