What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 20 weeks in

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
