What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 2 months and counting

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
