What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
