What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 18 weeks in

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
