What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 17 weeks in

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
