I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
