What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 12 weeks in

Since my layoff as a security officer I have no real structure. I worked as a security officer before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
