What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - 12 months and counting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
