Transit passes and rides for job seekers (update)

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
