Transit passes and rides for job seekers - first time posting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as an event coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can walk part of the way. Are there discounted passes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
