Transit passes and rides for job seekers - first time posting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a bank teller. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some employers are off the main lines. What do you use?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
