Transit passes and rides for job seekers - first time posting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a forklift operator. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
