Transit passes and rides for job seekers

I do not have a car and interviews in Richmond are spread around. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
