Transit passes and rides for job seekers - any advice?

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a warehouse supervisor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
