Transit passes and rides for job seekers - any advice?

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a warehouse supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can walk part of the way. Are there discounted passes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
