Transit passes and rides for job seekers - any advice?

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. It has been a long 12 weeks. Some employers are off the main lines. What do you use?

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
