Transit passes and rides for job seekers after 18 years as a procurement assistant

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a procurement assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
