Transit passes and rides for job seekers

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
