Transit passes and rides for job seekers

I do not have a car and interviews in Cleveland are spread around. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
